General Terms and Conditions of Sale – MÜS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all sales made on the mus-studio.com website, operated by MÜS.
By placing an order on our site, the customer acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these GTC.
1. Products
Products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photos are non-contractual.
2. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes.
MÜS reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
3. Orders
All orders are validated after payment. Once confirmed, no modifications are guaranteed.
4. Payment
Secure payment via the methods available on the site.
5. Shipping
Processing: 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery:
- France: 3 to 7 business days
- Europe: 3 to 10 business days
- International: 5 to 15 business days
6. Lost, Stolen or Delivered Packages
As soon as the package is handed over to the carrier, their responsibility begins.
Packages indicated "Delivered" (GPS proof, photo, signature):
- No refund or reshipment is possible.
- The customer is responsible for the address provided and securing their delivery point.
Theft from mailbox:
This falls under the customer's postal or personal insurance.
Carrier loss:
An investigation is opened.
If the carrier confirms the loss, a reshipment or refund may be offered.
7. Returns
Legal period: 14 days after receipt.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Accepted products: new, unworn, unwashed, labels intact.
8. Refunds
Issued after product inspection.
Delivery fees are not refunded.
MÜS may refuse a non-compliant return.
9. Force majeure
MÜS is not responsible for delays due to carriers, strikes, weather conditions, etc.
10. Personal data
Used solely for order management.
